DISCOVER LOCAL DIVING

For the certified scuba divers who wish to have an orientation to the local underwater environment, we start our diving excursions from the beach Pagania of Horto in front of Leda hotel, in a variety of unique dive sites within three seas, to explore the islets of the Pagasitic Gulf, towards the islets of Evoean Gulf, as well as the wild areas along the eastern coasts of Pelion and North Evia in the Aegean Sea.

The area is ideal for diving 365 days of the year, independent of the weather. The water conditions are ideal; the water is crystal blue and limpid, offering perfect underwater vision, while the underwater morphology is most impressive. Ship wrecks, vertical walls, reefs in the middle of the sea, gorgonian forests and contacts with large mammals (seals, dolphins) are the aims of our daily excursions.

The particular geographical position and the strong permanent currents at some points, contribute to the preservation of the rich underwater flora and fauna in the wider area. This also contributes to the maintenance of exceptionally rich submarine biodiversity in the wider region.
